Shop Rite Snyder Plaza

Today's visit is Shop Rite at Snyder Plaza. I discovered this gem in 2004 when I started working for Best Buy on Columbus Blvd. in Philadelphia, PA. The discounts to be found here are well worth the travel. At the time I lived in Chester, PA and traveled four hours a day in total to and from work. Well this Shop Rite came in handy on many a day when the funds were low. They have been consistent in customer service and giving the customer a dirt cheap deal. The management of this store is definitely on point. They know what the customer wants.

New Years day 2014 was my most recent deal.when I purchased two pounds of grapes for $0.50. I was a happy camper on New Years day. Then I began to reflect on my past purchases from this store and how one day my funds were extremely low in 2007. I wondered into this store and saw the price of Buffalo Chicken breast for $1. I couldn't believe it. I walked up to the counter and asked if what I saw was a mistake. The response was that $1 was the correct price and that my eyes were not deceiving me. Well I happily purchased one pound of Buffalo Chicken breast for $1.

In conclusion you will want to look for the manager specials at this Shop Rite. You will not be disappointed.

Shop Rite

What can I say about this Shop Rite. It is spacious, clean and the food is the bomb. The sweet potato cake with cream cheese icing is impeccable. Make sure that when you get one of these cakes that you get some Friendly's ice cream to go with it.For Christmas the sweet potato cake was one of the many deserts.

Also they have sweet potato cookies with cream cheese icing. I can just imagine the calories and the taste. Let me lead you further on with my shopping experience at this Brown's Shop Rite.

Next stop was the deli/ hot food sections. Well they have something here for you also. Dinners, Chinese food, and other morsels. Being a connoisseur of food I wanted to buy everything and taste it all. At this time the budget will not allow it, but my time is coming.

Ross

Tonights travel is to the new Ross at the Fox street shopping complex in Philadelphia, PA. The purpose of this trip is to return a clothing item, and purchase something that I really need. Out of this trip I got two bath products and some under garments. I was pleased with my purchases, and the store was spacious and clean.

In addition, just in case you didn't know there is a fee attached to returns. A word of advice is that from now on when you go to purchase from a Ross make sure that you really want that purchase. Also if you make a gift purchase make sure that you give them the receipt when you give the gift. What happens when the person doesn't have the receipt? Ross will give a credit of the lowest price that the item is going for at the time of the transaction. As a savvy shopper you don't want to leave unnecessary dollars on the table.

Marshalls

Did you know that you can purchase gourmet snacks at Marshalls ? Yes you can , in addition to that you can purchase your favorite soft drinks . There are some items with a red sticker that gives you the consumer an even more of a discount . From gourmet jelly beans to Godiva chocolates . Now as a savvy shopper you need to check the expiration date on your edibles . In fact I picked up an item that expired on the day that I was in the store . Also watch the display shelves where the items are placed . There may be excessive amounts of dust on the item which transfers to your clothes . As for my shopping experience at this store in South Philadelphia it was okay . Would I return there to shop again ? I probably would because one of my favorite ShopRites is across the street.
